The ostrich farm, was founded a few

years ago, is located in the North side of the

country.

- Today has 12 breeding families and 160
birds raised for slaughter, and has following:
- two brick sheds one of 552 sqm and the
other of 533 sqm, concrete walkways, and
platforms,
- 2 drilled wells for drinking water, 380v
electricity,
- 2 egg incubators of 132 eggs each one,
- wooden sheds for the breeding families,
- repository for stored fiber forages, the bed
for corn, a shed for machinery, warehouses
for grain (cereals), a shed for
lucerne and corn,
- 20 ha of agricultural land,
and a landscaped pond for
irrigation and fishing,
